To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
We are not liable for security incidents that occur despite following our recommendations, or for incidents resulting from failure to implement our recommendations
